Yes. The Media Centre PC runs Windows Vista Home Premium or Ultimate. So underneath the Media Centre 10 foot interface is the full operating system, just like a normal desktop PC
This depends on the hard drive option you decide to use. The 1000GB Hard Drive will allow for approximately 500 hours of Standard Definition Digital TV.
Yes. The best way to extend your Media Centre experience to other rooms in your house, is via a product series known as Media Centre Extenders. An Extender gives you access to all of your Media Centre PC's Media Centre features and media. Both Wireless and ethernet connections can be used. Examples of extenders are the xbox 360 or the Linksys DMA 2100 / 2200.
Blu-Ray is not currently supported by Vista Media Centre by default. But if you select one of the Blu-Ray Media Centre PCs from mediapc4u we will include a third party software for Blu-Ray playback. You can then enjoy your Blu-Ray movies in their full 720p or 1080p glory.
All mediapc4u Media Center PCs come with a 12 month warranty on parts and labour. If you experience a problem after 12 months, we can of course offer repair services. However, as our Media Centre PCs are only built from industry standard parts, you may opt for the convenience of your local PC Repair shop.

Yes, we include all the original Cd's, manuals, cables and screws from every component used in the building of your system, we do not make recovery discs. All original discs are sent with the system.

All systems are tested using a range of programs designed to fully load test all components.

We recommend you use a signal booster with your Media Centre PC, a weak signal is in most cases the problem when not receiving any of few of the available Freeview channels.
It is not recommended to locate your Media PC in a small space without ventilation. It is also not recommended having your Media PC stacked between other pieces of Hi Fi equipment as this can cause your Media PC to overheat and unexpectedly shut down. All Media PCs are load tested in a normal operating environment with adequate ventilation. And we can not take any responsibility for overheating Media PCs and subsequent shutdowns due to improper use.
